Mile a Day Walk ... I am still going!!!

Sitting on the chair for over 4... Sitting on the chair for over 4 hours is very boring and tiring. Not too bad for in door exerci... Not too bad for in door exercise.
after my dialysis, I was really tired with headache. So I rested for few hours and woke up around 5:00pm. By that time, it started to rain outside. Instead of going our for walk, I waled inn house for 30 minutes and did the exercise watch YouTube. I was able to do a mile and little more in door.
