Firefox and Thunderbird
Instead of IE and Live Mail
I try to use Internet Explorer 9 and Windows Live Mail that came with My Visio PC for over two weeks but I can not. I was confused, frustrated and mad about constant meaningless messages and popups. And they are not designed well for everyday use. So, yesterday, I installed Firefox and Thunderbird. I installed Lightning for my calendar. I even installed OpenOffice instead of using Microsoft Office Starter edition (FREE with Advertisement), iTune instead of Windows Media Player, Quicktime and Flash Player.
Now my PC is very simple and user friendly. I even like to work on it. Do I need Windows 8? I don't think so.
Wallmart is opening its door at 8:00pm for its Black friday sale. Target is opening at 9:00pm. I guess there is no rule of engagement when it comes to sales.
If you listen very carefully, there is a clue to Apple's success. Do you hear what I heard? What I heard is that you should be spending as much money in marketing as you do in the research and development.
I do not think Apple is the greatest technology company in the world, but Apple was the greatest marketing / public relations company in the world. I should say, Steve Jobs is the greatest marketing genius in the world.
Pompom is turning 10 in a week. I can't believe he came in to my life when I was 43. I took lots of picture of him and his buddy Tiny.

My friend sent me a link to a web site that has many images from 100 year ago Japan. Those picture are used to tourism to Japan.
Even back then images of girls were used to promote. "SEX SELLS" was already there 100 years ago. Those images are very foreign to me. They don't look very authentic but they might be what it was in Japan 100 years ago.
Talking about promotion, PSPINC is not very good at promoting its image and products. We need to really think about the our PR strategy. But then again I am in product design and development.
After the rain I walk around the company and found two mushrooms. They do not look like something you can eat. I will not even try. I have to make sure dogs don't eat them either.
Whenever there is a chance I would like to do business with our customers. For instance, we purchased Subaru in our Southern California operations because Fuji Heavy Industries in Washington is our clients. For that reason, we will probably buy more Subaru cars for our Washington operations as well.
