When you create a web site, you need to CLEARLY define what you want to accomplish with the web site. It is often called "Call to Action". That means, you want the visitor to do something with the information you provided with your web site.
Here are some ideas about "Call to Action"
- Register as a guest
- Purchase something
- Share information with others
- Get more information about your products
- Call or Email you
Take a look at your web site and determine if your web site has clearly defined "Call to Action". If not, you may want to rethink.

I will not buy products again from Office Max. They will cancel my order anyway.
