『太刀魚の刺身』　と　『角ハイボール、レッド・アイ』

三重県産の新鮮な太刀魚の皮を軽く炙り刺身にしたものです。

甘味があり炙りで身が締まっています。

太刀魚は新鮮な内でしか刺身に出来ません。

これを　「角ハイボール・２８０円」　「レッドアイ・３８０円」　でいただきました。

　　★日本酒にすればよかった・・・

お造り、美味しいですよね。
なかなかありませんが、大好きです。

レッドアイって、何でしたっけ？
トマトジュースをいれるんですか？
