年末から新年に掛けて各蔵は新酒を出荷します。

その年により味は微妙に変わります。

仕込み手が一緒でも米の出来具合、仕込みの時期の気温等で・・・

各蔵の今年の出来は如何でしょうか。


まず紹介するのは、神戸角打ち学会推薦酒です。
