大分からあげ？　『ジョニーのか...

「大分からあげ」　との歌い文句の店　『ジョニーのからあげ』　

神戸市垂水区に、神戸では初出店とか。

テレビ・雑誌で話題の人気店と言ってるが聞いたことは無い。

もちろんからあげの本場、大分県中津市にはこの店は無い。

鶏も大分産の物は使ってないようだ。

味も中津からあげとは少し違う。（ニンニクを抑えている）


大分県は鶏の消費量が日本一。

別府市・大分市を中心とする　「大分とり天」、中津・宇佐・四日市の　「からあげ」

からあげの発祥地は宇佐市の　「来々軒」、からあげ専門店発祥地は四日市の　「庄助」

　
　　★大分県には、「とり天」　「からあげ」　の店が数多くあり、全国的にも有名です。
