木曜日、「かこも」　が臨時休業だったので心配で行ってみました。

ダーリンおやよさんと待ち合わせて、マドンナも久しぶりのお酒です。

中島マスター、前に痛めた手の再検査で病院に行ってたとのこと、安心しました。

この日の日本酒は、三重の銘酒からです。

　　『而今　純米吟醸　無濾過生酒』　　木屋正酒造　　三重県名張市本町

広島産の千本錦１００％使用　　酵母は自社９号　　日本酒度：＋２　　酸度：１．７　　アミノ酸：１．１

バランスの良い、上品で、美しい味の日本酒です。（人気急上昇中）

　　★「平貝のあぶり」　「牡蠣フライ」　でいただきました。
