この酒は久しぶりです。

新聞紙に巻かれた酒です。

　　『長珍　純米　無濾過生』　　愛知県津島市の長珍酒造

阿波産山田錦100％使用し、６５％精米（麹・掛共）

日本酒度：＋８．５　　酸度：１．９　　仕込み14号


辛口タイプのしっかりした味、ずっしりとした重量感も、肉系の料理が合いそうです。


　　★こってり肉料理ではなく、あっさり　「泉州水なす」　で。
