下駄さんでいただいた日本酒です。

ここの定番酒はオープン時から、「仙介」　と　「秋鹿」　です。

早速、「仙介」　からスタートです。

この店の常連でブロガーさんの　「ふく★ラモーン」　さんの話しを下駄さんとしながら・・・

　　『仙介　夏純米　一火』　　泉正宗

　　　　　夏用に蔵出しした、さっぱりした食中酒です。
　　　　　
　　【一火（いちび）とは？】
　　　　　生酒のまま瓶詰めされその後、加熱処理（瓶燗火入れ）を一回行ったもの。

他にはこの酒です。

　　『秋鹿　霙もよう　純米吟醸　にごり生酒』　　秋鹿酒造

　　『秋鹿　摂州能勢　純米酒』　　同上
