松茸　安い！？

松茸　安い！？

近くのスーパーで買ってきました。

中国産です。 （雲南産、吉林、四川からこの時期入ります）

これで９８０円。　（円高で安いのか・・・？）

先日、内野で食べた大きさと一緒です。（一本５００円でした）

香りはちょっと弱いが、歯応えと味は良い。


【関東では　「まつたけ（松茸）」、　関西では　「まったけ（？）」　と言います。】


　　★焼松茸で、晩酌のアテとしていただきました。

去年は2回、国産がきました。

国産松茸ですか。
中国産と比べると香りが違いますね。

庭に松茸が生えるのですか！
