今日、１０月１日は　『日本酒の日』

10月1日は日本酒の日なのはご存知でしょうか。

お酒の原料、酒米の収穫月は干支の10番目にあたり、酉の月です。

お酒は水を使う事から、さんずいが加わり　「酒」　という文字が出来たと言われます。

神無月（10月）には、出雲大社に日本中の神々が集まり日本酒で一献した謂われから、

日本酒は　「縁結びの酒」　といわれます。
