『シマアジ』　と　『塩麹焼き豚...

濱田屋さんの本日の料理です。

『シマアジの塩焼き』　夏から秋にかけて美味しい魚です。

『塩麹焼き豚』　焼き豚にタレの代わりに塩麹がかかっています。

どちらも塩がポイントの料理。

お酒のアテには最高です。


　★この料理を、先ほどの　「黒龍のひやおろし」　でいただきまし。
