いよいよ牡蠣のシーズンに入りました。

牡蠣好きにとっては嬉しい時期。

『お好み焼・鉄板焼　みどり』　さんでいただきました。

「生かき」　「牡蠣のバターソテー」


【坂越牡蠣】
　　坂越牡蠣は大きくてふっくら濃厚な味が特長です。

　　播州赤穂にある坂越湾には、日本名水百選にも選ばれる清流千種川が流れ込む自然豊かな海です。
　　豊富な植物性プランクトンを得て育ったかきは、濃厚な味わいであり、“海のミルク”という言葉がぴったり。
　　この極上の坂越産牡蠣を、紫外線殺菌海水を使い、一つ一つ丁寧に殻むきを行なっています。


　　★本当の味はこれから、海水温が下がるとさらに身が太り旨みが増します。
