いなごの佃煮 いなごの佃煮

大分で食しました。

大分ではイナゴを食べる食文化はありません。

何方かのお土産とか。

「いなごの佃煮」　は、バッタの仲間であるイナゴを利用した佃煮。

山形県の内陸部、群馬県、長野県、福島県など、海産物が少ない山間部を中心に多く食用されてるとか。

甘辛く醤油煮していて、パリパリと食感がよく、とても美味しい。

酒のアテにも、ご飯の友にもいける味です。


　　★虫（昆虫）と聞いて拒否反応を起こす人も多いかも。

イナゴはちょっと見た目があまり良くないので敬遠される方も多いと思いますけど好きな人は好きなんですよね、おいらも大分前食べましたけど普通にじゃこの佃煮みたいに食べてました

そういえばスズメバチの幼虫も食べたことありますけどあれは珍味でしたね

岐阜でも食べる習慣ありますが
