これも酒どころ新潟の酒です。

　　　「越後亀鶴」　　　新潟県新潟市西蒲区竹野町

新潟県で発見された250年前のお酒の復元を試みた純米酒です。
古文書に基づき、失われた古典醸造法　「古式生酛造り」　を用いた、
アミノ酸値、乳酸値が通常の純米酒の7～10倍（新潟県醸造試験場分析）の健康指向酒。
琥珀色のお酒からは甘い上立香があり貴腐ワインや紹興酒のような味わいを感じます。
