かこものマスター、中島さんが雁木の蔵元まで行きビン詰めした酒です。

肩ラベルに　「十二号かこも仕込み」　の銘が。

それも雁木の最高級酒　『雁木　ゆうなぎ　純米大吟醸　無濾過』

瀬戸の夕凪を連想させることからサブネームを”ゆうなぎ”としたそうです。

素晴らしい香り！　口に含むと実にまろやか、のど越しさわやか、素晴らしい味です！

まさにこれが日本酒！　本物の酒！　旨すぎる！


「雁木」　の造りは、全て　「無濾過原酒」　といって、100％造ったまんま、搾ったまんまのお酒です。

雁木 ゆうなぎ  限定酒ですね。いずれチャンスがあれば。

この「ゆうなぎ」は雁木の最高峰の酒です。
雁木の見事な技術が結集されて出来あがったお酒です。
最高の味わいの酒です。
機会があれば是非とも＾＾
