　　平成１９年秋に登場し、その後の試行錯誤の末、ようやく８年間の集大成　
　　「山間」シリーズが平成２１年３月末春からリリースされました。

造り手、売り手、飲み手が一体となって育て成長させていくというコンセプトで、
新しい形のお酒そして究極の味わいを追求していこうという、チャレンジ精神がこの　「山間」　にはあります。
