純米酒　「独楽蔵」や「杜の蔵」　を醸す醸造元・杜の蔵酒造。

日本酒の醸造は全量純米というこだわりの蔵元の焼酎ですから、当然こだわった仕上がりです。

清酒の搾り粕を再度醗酵させて蒸留する　「粕取り焼酎」　

吟醸酒の酒粕を蔵元独自の蒸留法で仕上げた吟香焼酎です。

吟醸香を思わせる華やかな香りと、フルーティーさを持つ優しい口当たりで、上品な旨みが広がります。
