徳島産　『太刀魚の焼き霜造り・380円』

太刀魚は皮付きが旨い！

カボス・スライスを入れた麦焼酎ロックが旨い！

太刀魚の造りをいただきました。

徳島産ということです。

和歌山から徳島にかけての近海が好漁場とか。

塩焼きでも美味しいのですが、新鮮なものは刺身でも。

太刀魚の造りは断然に皮付きが美味しい。

皮付きの　「焼き霜造り」　です。
