おめでたい日は！　”鯛”

お正月、新年を迎えて　”おめでたい日”　は昔から日本人は鯛を食べます。

めでたい日には、めで鯛を！　

お食い初め お誕生日など晴れの日のめでたい日は、めで鯛ですね。

この日は、神戸市中央卸売市場がスタート、新鮮な魚が入荷しました。

画像は、淡路物　「天然真鯛」　の薄造り、ポン酢と紅葉おろしで。
