『季節の六種盛り』

「竹の子の木の芽和え」

「菜の花と鯛の子」

「ゆり根・梅肉添え」

「小芋・柚子添え」

「赤なまこ酢」

「クリーム豆腐」

この時期の食材を集めた、この時期の料理６種です。

６品盛りの器に盛られて上品でお洒落に出てきます。

どれからいただこうかと迷います。

迷いましたが　「竹の子の木の芽和え」　から箸がいきました。

竹の子と木の芽が絶妙、まさに春の味です。

「菜の花」　も春が来た！　というほんわかとする味です。

　　★その後は画像のように、順番に楽しみました
