　『伯楽星　純米吟醸　新米新酒』　　新澤醸造店　　宮城県大崎市三本松

東日本大震災によって、140年の歴史を持つ三本木の蔵が壊滅。

現蔵から約75㎞離れた山林に囲まれた川崎町で新たに酒造りを開始しました。

創業明治6年、現在約300石ほどの小さな酒蔵。

宮城県最年少杜氏　新澤巌夫氏29歳を筆頭に蔵人平均年齢24歳という若い力の蔵。

インパクトは求めずに究極の3杯目を目指す、あくまでも料理が主役で酒は脇役と。
