別府温泉でのお土産に人気のお菓子がこれです。

「別府たまご」　は、別府の温泉卵をイメージしたコロりとかわいい新しいお菓子です。

大分県産のこだわりの卵を使った黄身あんを、カステラ生地で包み、
ホワイトチョコレートでコーディングしたもの。
