実家飲みはフグ刺し！

家飲み用のフグ刺しです！ 家飲み用のフグ刺しです！ ２枚！ ２枚！ 肝も付いてます！ 肝も付いてます！

大分県は北から南に渡り東側は海に面しています。

それにより地域によりいろんな魚介類が豊富に獲れます。

この日は久しぶりに母と実家での家飲みとなりました。

　 『豊後フグのテッサ』　　それも２枚です！
　
　　　★自宅でフグ！　大分ならではの贅沢さです！

大分は、豊後フグ、大分フグ、臼杵フグなどと言われる、フグの産地です！
この時期、居酒屋さんでも食べる事ができます。
大分に来たなら先ずはふぐ料理です！
