大分の友人から届きました！

共通の友人である、大分市中央町にある小料理や

　「きょん家」　の女将さんの手作りです。

お店の看板料理にもなっている　『かきのオイル漬け』

これがとても美味しく、日本酒でもワインでも焼酎にも合うのです。
