北九州小倉の郷土料理です！

歴史は古く小笠原藩献上の為に調理されたとても美味な料理です。

原料はイワシかサバを使います。

ぬかだき、ぬかみそだき、と言い、じんだ煮ともいう！

この店は人気の旦過市場内にある　「ふじた」　です。
