ビゼンクラゲの酢の物！

今日のさかなでいっぱいプラスの仕入です！

「生くらげ」　がありますね！　大好きな食べ物です！

ビゼンクラゲ（俗称アカクラゲ）と呼ばれる、体長５０cmほどになる食用クラゲです。

　　★ケンミンSHOWでも話題になった有明海産きざみくらげ(生食用)

2012年のビゼンクラゲ大量発生により、有明海では　「クラゲブーム」　が到来している。

他の魚貝類が不漁であることも相まって、クラゲ漁が生計の支えになっている漁師も居る。
