珍しいタラの肝！ 珍しいタラの肝！

タラの白子はよく食べますが、肝は初めてかも！

タラの切り身の鍋用はよく見ますが、肝は付いてません。

６ｋｇのたらの肝です！　大きいです！

アンコウの切り身には肝が必ず付いていますが。

　★アンコウとは違い、トロリと柔らかく濃厚だが上品な味です。
