酒銘の　『刈穂』　は、「後撰和歌集」　の天智天皇の歌　「秋の田の刈穂のいほの…」　より命名。

　　『刈穂　六舟　純米吟醸　無濾過中取り生原酒』　　秋田清酒　　秋田県大仙市
　
仕込み水は雄物川の伏流水、この仕込水は秋田県では珍しい中硬水です。

低温長期の醗酵を要する吟醸酒造りには最適な蔵で醸造しています。
