和歌山の鰆！

魚に春と書いて　 「さわら（鰆）」

産卵のために瀬戸内に入る　「春 」　がもっともサワラがとれる時期であるからか。

焼き魚、西京味噌を使った「西京焼き」、唐揚げ（竜田揚げ）などで食べられる。

鮮度の良い物は刺身が美味しい。

　★これは和歌山産、西日本の魚だが最近は青森やこの岩手などでも獲れるという。
