「チヌ（茅渟）」　という魚漢字名はありません！

これは関西用語で一般には　「黒鯛（クロダイ）」　とよばれるもの。

活チヌは刺身が最高です！

臭みも無く、こりこりと身がしまり甘みもあり美味です！
