シラサエビ（ヨシエビ）
　
本来は　「ヨシエビ」　と呼び　「シラサエビ」　は関西名です。

大阪湾や四国あたりでよく獲れる海老です。

小振りが多く大きい物は寿司ネタに使われます。

活きてる物は刺身で食べるのが最高です！

　★車海老とは違う上品な甘味のある海老です。
