この時期、各蔵元より夏酒が蔵出しされています。

冬に仕込んだ新酒を蔵内でじっくりと寝かされ角の取れた酒になります。

辛口ながらフルーティな口当たり、　しっかりした味わい。

　　『船中八策　純米超辛口　零下生酒』　　司牡丹酒造　　高知県高岡郡佐川町

　　　　　　　　使用米：山田錦、北錦　 磨き：60%
