アジの旬は5～7月でこの時期の鯵は美味しい！

鯵は暖流にのって日本周辺を回遊し、季節を問わず漁獲される。

旬に獲れるアジは小～中型で、脂ののりがよい。

いっぽう秋冬は大型で、旨みは劣る。

　　★鯵の漁獲量は長崎が一番ですがこれは宮津産です。
