「トウモロコシ」　と呼ぶか　「トウキビ」　と呼ぶか！？

何故か九州と北海道では　「トウキビ」　と呼びます。

関西はトウモロコシと呼ぶようです。

「コーン」　は今風の呼び名！

私の幼少の頃は「高麗キビ」て読んでましたよ
今でも年配者は高麗キビです
