お酒も毎回素晴らしいものが並びます。

今回の目玉である日本酒は　「洗心　純米大吟醸」

あの久保田の蔵、新潟の朝日酒造の酒です。（11,880円）

契約栽培米「たかね錦」を精米歩合28％まで磨き、そして醸し、ゆっくりと熟成させた酒！
