カワハギも美味しい季節になりました。

だんだん肝が大きくなり甘味と脂が増してきます。

これも大分ならではの薄造り盛りです。

カワハギもこれから美味しくなってきますね。
鍋でも煮付けでも、一夜干はさらに美味しい＾＾
