夜はお酒も充実してます。

いま京都で超話題の発酵料理専門店です！　2015年8月30日のオープン！

ＴＶ番組でいろいろ紹介された、あの大阪ブラックラーメンで有名な金久右衛門プロデユースの発酵中心の店。

金久右衛門の大蔵店主と発酵料理家で美人の中川奈央さんが取り仕切ってます。

料理は　「発酵おばんざい各種」　「豆乳白湯ラーメン」　「醤油ラーメン」　「美人ぎょうざ」　・・・

コンセプトは　『麹』　『醤』　『酵母』　『生きている』　です。
