ケンニッキムチ！ ケンニッキムチ！

ケンニッキムチ（エゴマの葉を使ったキムチ）です。

あたたかいご飯との相性は抜群で、人気のあるキムチです。

材料のエゴマが高く、これは買った方が安くて美味しい！

醤油ダレに漬け込む時間により、古漬けと浅漬けがあります。

浅漬けはエゴマの香りが高く、古漬けはタレがよく染み込んで美味しい。
