大分県産の高級牛肉です。

大分県の豊後を取ってブランド化されている人気牛です。

特徴は肉質が柔らかくて甘味が強く脂がしつこくありません。

　★大分最後の夜ちょっと贅沢ですが、母と二人で夕食にいただきました。
