飛騨高山料理の定番である朴葉味噌！　朴葉で味噌と野菜類を焼く料理です。

それに豊後地鶏の　「豊のしゃも」　をプラスした贅沢な朴葉味噌です。

ご飯に一番合いますがお酒のアテにも最高の料理です♪

　　★和み屋さんで特別に作ってもらいました♪　大分では珍しい料理です！
