手作りぬか漬け！

一年を通して漬けてます！

ぬか床は、神戸の大震災から作り直したので22になります！

漬ける野菜は季節により違いますが、いつも5～6種類！

大根、キュウリ、人参、なすび、オクラ、ミョウガ、セロリ・・・

たまに長芋を！ これは粘りが出て困るがシャキシャキして美味しい♪

ニンニクは失敗！ これはダメです！ 昆布も良いですよ♪
