大サワラ炙り！

鳥取産の大サワラです！　鳥取でサワラが取れるのですね！

兵庫県東二見産や香川県産、徳島産、和歌山産のサワラは今まで食べたことがありますが！

軽く炙っていますがこれが美味しい！

甘み！　脂の乗り！　上品な味！　どれをとっても最高の味でした♪

　　★この大きさはさすが！　さかなでいっぱいプラスです♪
