蒸し穴子とスズキ刺身！ 蒸し穴子とスズキ刺身！

穴子は最近年中食べれるようになりました！

まだ穴子の完全養殖は成功はされてませんが、のれそれや稚魚からの
養殖はある程度進んでいて、近大の水産学部が完全養殖に取り組んでいます！

一方、スズキの養殖は成功していて愛媛県などの各地で養殖は盛んです！

★日本の水産業も取る漁業から育てる漁業に変わっています！
