「クロメ」大分県佐賀関エリアで取れる海藻の一種です！

この寒の時期に取れる昆布の一種。

これを細かく刻んでカボスポン酢を掛けて食べます。

お味噌汁に入れると青くなりトロみが出てとても美味しい♪

他には、赤ナマコ、地鶏タタキ、ひじきの煮物。

　★青ネギやゴマ、一味を掛けて食べます！♪
