コリンキーはカボチャの一種で生食用に品種改良された野菜です‼️

生で食べられて栄養価の高いものです‼️

皮が柔らかく、クセがない淡白な味なので皮も含めて食べれます‼️😋

生食用と言うことで薄くスライスをして！
①ドレッシングを掛けてサラダに！
②塩と唐辛子を使い浅漬けを！
③塩、胡椒、酢、オリーブオイルを使いピクルスを！
④残りは初めての挑戦ですがぬか漬けを‼️😋

さあ！出来上がるのが楽しみです‼️😃💕
