ThunderbirdはFREEAPLで一番の出来だと思っています。
ただし、今回のVerUpで38.10となり、これが一部のIMAPでの動作が不安定です。
旧バージョン（38.01）は以下のアドレス（FTP）で入手出来ます。
ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/thunderbird/releases/
