冬菇（どんこ）

冬に栽培・乾燥させた椎茸を冬菇と呼びます。
この冬菇の漢字は、中国でも同じで、Dong guどんぐ　と発声します。
椎茸は　香菇　で　Xinag gu しゃんぐ　です。
冬菇は中国からの伝来で、表記や発声もほぼ同じですね。
