干し柿は最終となりました

During the process of making dried persimmons, we can produce over 100 using this drying machine.
Set the temperature of the dryer to 40°C.


Peel the persimmons, leaving small pieces around the stem, as the stems will be removed later.
Repeat the repositioning (front to back, top to bottom) during the first 5 hours.

After 24 hours of drying, remove the stems and cut off any remaining skin around
the persimmons.

Continue drying for an additional 24 hours or more until the persimmons become
soft. Hand-knead the softened fruits.

Allow the persimmons to dry for another approximately 24 hours, checking their
condition. Remove the completed ones from the dryer.


干し柿を作成中、この乾燥機で100個以上作ることが出来ます。
乾燥機の温度は40℃に設定、
1:皮を剥きます、ヘタの部分は後で取るので、細かな部分は残してOK
  最初の5時間は位置(前後・棚の上下)を繰り返します
2:24時間乾燥後、ヘタを除去し、周辺に残った皮もカットします。
3:更に24時間以上乾燥、柔らかくなった個体から手もみします。
4:更に24時間程度乾燥し、状態を見て完了の個体を取り出します。
