Mailing Listを再構築中

15年ほど前まで、fmlを使用してMailingListを展開していました。
VEGA-NETの名称で行っていましたが、Serverの不調とSNSの普及で撤退し、
その後はFBでの告知でしたが、そのFBも不安定さが目立ち始めたので、再度MLの
構築を行っています。
